The KROK project is located directly on the shore of Lake Lipno in Horní Plané – on the route of the newly built cycle path leading around the entire dam. Thanks to its location within walking distance of the ferry, train station and amenities, it is an ideal starting point for active holidays and relaxation.

The Lipno reservoir and the Šumava National Park offer great opportunities for water sports, cycling, hiking and in winter cross-country skiing in nearby resorts such as Lipno or Hochficht in Austria. Skating on the frozen surface of the dam is also an unforgettable experience.

Horní Planá is the largest town on Lipno – you will find here shops, a pharmacy, a health centre, a petrol station and the renowned establishments recommended in Lukáš Hejlík’s Gastromap. Whether you’re heading for a bike ride, culture or just to sit by the shore, KROK is always close by.

Cottages Dandelion and Bellis – peace and quiet in Radslav

The other two cottages, Dandelion and Bellis, are located in the picturesque village of Radslav near Černá v Pošumaví. They offer a beautiful view of the lake – Dandelion is only 80 m from the water, Bellis is 250 m away. The cycle path between Černá v Pošumaví and Dolní Vltavice is within easy reach, including a ferry across the dam.
