Backup
In case of a request for a binding reservation, a deposit for the stay (50%) is sent. The remaining part is paid according to the cancellation conditions 1 or 2 months before the stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is possible 1 month before the stay (not valid for Cottage KROK, where free cancellation is 2 months before the stay). Thereafter a 100% cancellation fee is charged. However, we always try to accommodate our guests and find an alternative date for their stay.
